Hardware IP & Code Protection

Privacy Policy & Code Security

How SiliconCraft AI safeguards your RTL designs, SystemVerilog code, and microarchitecture IP.

1. RTL Processing and Storage

When AI analysis is enabled and you request a review, your Verilog or SystemVerilog source is sent to the configured AI provider, Anthropic. Full RTL source is not stored in the SiliconCraft AI database by default. Generated reports and suggested fixes may contain source excerpts. Application code does not log RTL. Provider retention and data handling follow the configured service agreement; we do not promise zero provider retention.

2. Report Retention & Account Data

During beta, analysis reports are available for up to 30 days. Expired reports are excluded from account access, and a scheduled cleanup removes them from the active database. Cleanup runs every five minutes when deployed; physical deletion may follow expiry at the next run. Provider backups follow their own retention schedules. You can delete a saved report from Analysis History. Deleting a report does not refund usage. Account and usage records are kept separately to support authentication and quota enforcement. Production traffic must use HTTPS.

3. Contact Requests

The contact form stores your name, email, role, optional organization, hardware workflow, message and beta-interest choice in Supabase for founder review. Contact records are kept until the request is handled or deletion is requested; they do not follow the analysis-report expiry schedule. Do not submit confidential RTL or credentials through this form. Email notifications and domain-email contact channels are not enabled yet.

4. Privacy & Deletion Requests

Use the contact form and select “Privacy / data deletion” to request deletion of account, report or contact data. Vo Hoang Nguyen reviews these requests and verifies account ownership before acting. If the form is unavailable, contact the founder on LinkedIn. Domain email addresses will be published only after delivery has been tested.
